Thinking Of Trying Something New

Roasted garlic spaghetti

2 whole heads of garlic
2 servings spaghetti
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
coarsely shaved Parmesan cheese
feta cheese
sun-dried tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350degF. Place garlic on greased roasting pan, roast for 30 min.\
Leave garlic to cool. Then, lay on its side and slice off the top one/third with a sharp knife. Holding garlic over bowl, dig out flesh from each clove w/ knife point.
When all flesh has been added, pour in oil/plenty of black pepper. Mix well.
Cook pasta regularly, then return the cooked pasta to the clean pan after draining.
Pour in garlic mixture, toss vigorously over medium heat until all strands are coated.
Serve with shavings of Parmesan, sprinkles of feta cheese, and the occasional tomato strand

That sounds really good--I've been needing to look around for some sauce-less pasta dishes for the summer!
