TASTE OF FORT SMITH FUN

So yesterday so of the girls got together and went to Taste Of FS I had been last year with a different friend but non of these girls had been before and we all had a blast. And this year it was even better. Brooke Mattie and Nancy all had a great time as well. We got to tast a little of everything. The lines were really long this year but moved rather quickly.

Omg See that apple slice? Covered with caramel and pecans? Harps calls it “Apple Nachos.” We call it “Autumn Yum.” (That’s Whole Hog potato salad in the background)I thought that it was good.


So here is some of the food!!


From top, clockwise, Zaxby’s chicken fingers/sauces; Cara’s fried green tomato; Gregory’s butterfinger pie; Steffy’s pizza. I have been wanting to go to Steffy's pizza which is in Lavaca and I think that just might be on the list for a family lunch on Sunday after church sometime it was really good. Rolando’s Nuevo Latino Restaurante was really good but it always is to me. We got to try barbecue, chicken, crackers & cheese, fried tomatoes, sandwiches, pizza, Thai noodles, etc.

My friends and I loved the Taste Of Fort Smith Event because, you know everyone likes to eat, but also we like to try new things and we sometimes will just stick to out usual when going out cause you know you like it. This gives us a way to do so quickly & efficiently. We get to try new dishes and eat some of our standard favorites! I think this is A win-win for sure.
